Overview
Marsview Notes is an installable note-taking web application offered on Zoom App Marketplace under the Transcriptions category of apps. In this section, you will learn how to integrate Marsview Notes app with Zoom to transcribe and generate rich notes for all your meetings.
To complete the installation process, there are configuration tasks to be done one-time (only) by Zoom Administrators and Zoom Meeting Hosts.

Please follow the instructions below to complete the installation.
STEP 1: Enable Zoom recordings

Enable Cloud Recordings
in Zoom (Zoom Pro or higher)
- Sign in to Zoom as admin, go to My Accounts, under the Admin section, click Account Management, and then click Account Settings. (Enable Zoom Cloud Recording)

Click the Recording tab and check for
these settings:
- Cloud recording: Enabled
- Record an audio-only file: Enabled
- Cloud recording downloads: Enabled
- Only the host can download cloud recordings: Disabled
- IP Address Access Control: Disabled
- Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings: Disabled
- Require password to access shared cloud recordings: Disabled

Enable Download of Zoom Recordings to local
computer (Zoom Basic)
- Sign in to your Zoom account, click Settings on the left, and then click the Recording tab. (Enable downloading of Zoom recordings)

STEP 2: Pre-approve Marsview Notes application
- Sign in to Zoom App Marketplace as the administrator.
- Go to Marsview Notes - Meeting Assistant for Zoom.
- Change Pre-approve to Enabled.
STEP 3: Allow Live Streaming in Zoom (administrators)
- Sign in to Zoom as an administrator
- Under Admin, click Account Management, and then click Account Settings.

- Custom Live Streaming Service: Enabled

STEP 5: Connect Marsview Notes to Zoom

Go to

- Sign in with Zoom, Google or Microsoft email credentials (a.k.a. OAuth)
- Sign up as a new user (one-time only) to create a Marsview Notes account. Please login using your credentials.
2. Set up Zoom Integration on Marsview Notes
- Login to Marsview Notes and click on the Integrations option on the side navigation panel.

Select Zoom from the list of integration options.

Click on the login button to enter your Zoom credentials that links your
Marsview Notes to Zoom recordings.
In the next screen, if you have not already “Pre-approved” Marsview Notes -
Meeting Assistant, you can do so here, if you are an administrator.
Press “Authorize” to grant permission to view user information listed.
Now, Marsview Notes application can see your Zoom recordings. With this, you can
automatically access cloud recordings from your Zoom account and transcribe
them.
Note: Marsview Notes cannot transcribe videos that are password protected. For these videos, we suggest that you download the video into your local computer and import them into Marsview Notes using Import Local Recordings. This completes Marsview Notes integration with Zoom.
Unlink your Zoom Account from your Marsview Account
To uninstall Marsview Notes from Zoom,
- Log into https://notes.marsview.ai

Select Integration from the menu and click on Disconnect Zoom.

Doing this will disable access to Zoom cloud recordings, and also disconnect Marsview Notes from your Zoom account.
Uninstalling the Marsview Notes app
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Search for Marsview Notes and select the app or navigate to your authorized apps via Manage Apps and choose Marsview Notes - Meeting Assistant.
- Choose the Manage tab and click Uninstall.
- Confirm the dialogue and click OK.

How to enable Live Stream of Marsview Notes for Zoom
- Go to My Meetings
- From Scheduled Meetings likes, select the Zoom meeting that you would like to Live Stream for Marsview Notes
- Open the pull down options for live recording options:

selected, when the Zoom meeting starts, you will see the Live on Marsview AI
option displayed on the top left corner of of Zoom screen which means your

How to add Zoom meeting recordings to process Marsview Notes
- Go to My Meetings
- Select Add Meeting to bring up a list of options
to add a Zoom meeting to

- There are multiple ways to add Zoom recordings to process Marsview Notes.

3.1 Select from Local Recordings
- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Drag and Drop a saved Zoom recording or any other MP4 or video file
- Press Import
3.2 Select from Zoom Cloud Recordings (Current Month)- Select a meeting from the list of recorded meetings on Zoom cloud
- Make sure it is not password protected
- Press Add Meeting
3.3 Select from Shared Zoom recordings Link- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Enter the Zoom Shared Meeting recording link
- Press Add Meeting
3.4 Select from YouTube- Enter Search term for a video in YouTube and press Start
- Once you have located the video recording to process notes for select Import
How to transcribe an audio call
- My Meetings > Import Audio/Video
- Select File Import
- Enter Title, Description of the audio meeting
- Choose Audio File (mp3, wav) from local drive or Drag and Drop the file
- Click the Import button
Video will begin uploading
After upload, the Transcription processing will start automatically
You can notice the status on the My Meetings page
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, speakers, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
Please Note: The processing time varies with the size of the imported file. Standard Marsview Notes processing time ranges between 1.2x - 1.3x the duration of the imported video. For example: If the recording is 30 minutes long, processing time would take around 40 minutes.

- My Meetings > Import Audio/Video
- Select File Import
- Enter Title, Description of the audio meeting
- Choose Video File (mp4, avi, mkv) from local drive or Drag and Drop the file
- Click the Import button

How to view an audio, video and OCR transcriptions
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Click on Topics to jump to the exact moment on the video or an audio where the topic was captured
- Click on Screen Grabs to see slides that were presented
- Click on the Participants to jump to the exact scene where the participants were shown
How to use Notes editor to modify notes and summaries
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Click on Edit to open the notes editor
- Here you can edit names of Participants, Speakers, Smart Filters and the Notes
- Use the Delete icon to remove unwanted sentences in notes
- Use the Enter Key icon to create new Section (or Chapter) names for notes (Example: Introduction, Demo, Conclusion)
- Use the + icon to add Notes
- Additionally, you can highlight a sentence in the Transcript and press the Highlighter Pen icon to add that sentence as a note
- Finally, don’t forget to press Save button to save the changes
How to update the names of participants and speakers?
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Click on Edit to open the notes editor
- You can edit names of Participants and Speakers
- Don’t forget to press the Save button to save the changes made
How to use Smart Filters?
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Click on Edit to open the notes editor
- Scroll down to Smart Filters
- Type the new Smart Filter keyword in the empty space next to all the existing Filters
- Smart Filter lets you run a semantic search on the Transcript
- Press the Save button
How to use highlight tool to add to missing notes
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Go to Transcript
- Select a sentence in the Transcript that you would like to add to Notes
- Click on the Highlighter Pen icon to add the sentence to the note
How to use search to navigate the recordings easily
- Search is a powerful feature in Marsview Notes
- From My Meetings, you can do a global search across all meetings by entering the Search term on the Search back on top of the screen
- To Search inside a meeting, open the Video from My Meetings
- Go to the Search box on top right of the Meeting Summary screen
- Enter the Search term; use the Auto-suggest if required; Press Enter
- Search results will be listed below the Search box in the order of relevance and occurrence
- Search results are marked with an eye icon to represent Visually seen word or a voice icon to show that it was a spoken word
How to download the notes and summary to your desktop
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Press the Download button
- You will find two options - Download as .Txt file or Mail To
- A formatted Meeting Summary with full transcript is written out as a text file and saved in your computer.
How to record meetings in Zoom?
Please note that you can start recording your meeting after you start the session.
Zoom allows you to record the meeting in two ways:
- Local recording on your PC/Mac
- Record to the Cloud
How to import Zoom local recordings into Marsview Notes
Zoom recordings are saved on your PC/Mac. By default, all recordings will be placed in a Zoom folder found in the following file path on these devices:
- PC: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Zoom
- Mac: /Users/User Name/Documents/Zoom
Once your recording is downloaded, log in to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to My Meetings
- Select Add Meeting to bring up a list of options to add a Zoom meeting to process notes.

Select from Local Recordings
- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Drag the .mp4, .avi, .mkv file or click Browse files, navigate to the file, and open it. Marsview Notes will notify you when the transcription is completed.
- Press Import
How to delete a recording from My Meetings?
- Go to My Meetings > Select the Delete Recording option from the kebab menu (3 dots) of the corresponding recording you intend to delete.
- Press the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. This will remove the recording and the data permanently.
How to disconnect Zoom integration and keep the processed recordings history?
- Go to Integrations > Select Zoom integration > Press Disconnect Zoom button Confirming this operation will disconnect the integration to Zoom disabling access to Zoom cloud recordings, but retain all the processed recordings data in My Meetings.
How to disconnect Zoom integration and remove all recordings history?
- Go to Integrations > Select Zoom integration > Press Disconnect Zoom button Confirming this operation will disconnect the integration to Zoom disabling access to Zoom cloud recordings and remove all the processed recordings from My Recordings.

How can I sign up for a Marsview Notes account?
You can sign in to Marsview Notes application using Google or Microsoft credentials (OAuth) or sign up for a new Marsview account at https://www.marsview.ai.
How do I reset my password?
Please follow these steps to recover access to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to the Marsview.ai website
- Click Log In to go to the login screen
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Enter a new password and attempt logging into the website again.
Why isn't Marsview Notes showing any recorded meetings?
You haven't enabled Zoom to record your meetings in the cloud for both your global settings and personal meeting room settings. Log into your Zoom account and:
Meetings > Personal Meeting Room > Meeting Options
Recordings > Cloud Recordings > Meeting Options
To enable cloud recordings in your global settings:
- Go to your Zoom Settings, and click on Recordings
- Under Meeting Options, make sure Record the meeting automatically in the cloud has a green checkmark next to it. If not, click on Edit this meeting down below and enable this setting.
To enable cloud recordings in your personal meeting room settings:
- Go to your Zoom Meeting's section: https://zoom.us/meeting
- Click on the Personal Meeting Room
- Scroll below and check if the option Record the meeting automatically in the cloud is set to True (should have a Green checkmark)
- If it doesn't have a green checkmark, then click on the Edit this Meeting button shown at the bottom.
- Check Record the meeting automatically in the cloud option and then Save it
- Once this is set, your meetings will automatically be recorded in Cloud, and then they will start appearing in https://zoom.us/recording and we will start receiving them in Marsview Notes.
Can Marsview.ai employees or system administrators access customer meetings data?
No. Our cloud system restricts admins from accessing customer meetings or metadata.

What can I use Marsview Notes for?
Marsview Notes automatically transcribes video, audio and textual markings in a pre-recorded meeting. Types of meetings can be project reviews, weekly staff, HR interviews, virtual learning, customer support calls, sales conversations and so on. Marsview Notes integrates with Zoom to capture meeting notes, summaries, keywords, transcripts, action items and interactive meeting highlights that can be easily shared across teams.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we are committed to keeping your data private and secure. We do not sell or share your data with anybody (except as necessary to respond to lawful requests, etc). We do not store meeting recordings after they are processed by us for metadata. We sync your metadata over an encrypted connection, and store it in our secure data center that has both physical and electronic security. How can I delete my Marsview Notes account?
Please contact support. We would require a written request to permanently delete your account.

What is Marsview Notes pricing?
There is no cost to using the Free Plan. With the Free Plan, you can get up to 5 meetings every month (limits and restrictions apply) and the plan does not expire. You can upgrade to Premium Plan to get higher usage at a low subscription fee. See plan details here.
Do unused meetings roll over to next month?
No. Unused meetings do not roll over to the next month in the Free Plan, but with the Premium Plan, you can rollover unused meetings to the next month.
What is the payment method?
We accept all major credit cards and company issued Purchase Orders.
How long does transcription normally take?
While the transcription time varies by the length of the recording and the visual elements like a presentation used in the meeting, for recorded meetings, the transcription time is normally the same time as the duration of the video.
What should I do if the processing does not complete?
If the transcription has been processing for an unexpectedly long time, please contact support so we can look into the problem and possibly reprocess the transcription. Be sure to include the date/time, title and duration of each affected conversation.
What should I do if the File Import fails for large video files?
You may break the video into multiple files of size < 500 MB and upload them.
Does Marsview integrate with Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Google Meet, and other video conferencing solutions?
At this point, Marsview does not support any integration other than Zoom. For other conferencing solutions, you may use the recording file to transcribe and generate meeting notes.
How does Marsview Notes work with my Zoom recordings?
You can use Marsview with all Zoom plans:
- If you have Zoom Basic or higher, you can record Zoom meetings locally to your computer, and then import the mp4 file into Marsview Notes.
- If you have Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise, you can also record to the cloud and set up Marsview Notes to access Zoom cloud recordings automatically.
Why should I integrate Zoom recordings into Marsview Notes, if Zoom already has transcription built in?
Marsview Notes does more than just audio transcription. With Marsview Notes you can:
- Take comprehensive notes that incorporates presented content and custom vocabulary
- Capture the key slides presented with screen grabs
- Full-text editor for meeting managers
- Find critical information in recorded meetings with contextual search
- Quickly navigate and review topics, keywords, notes, actions and highlights

Is there a size or count limit to the meeting recordings?
With the Free Plan, you can import up to 5 meeting recordings for a maximum duration of 60 minutes per meeting. On our Premium plan, you can record, import, and transcribe up to 50 meetings per month for a maximum duration of 60 minutes per meeting.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Canceling a subscription will only cancel the automatic renewal after the current cycle. If you have paid for a month or year of Marsview Notes Premium, you will still retain the benefits for that month or year until the subscription runs out.
Will I lose my data when I cancel my subscription?
We offer monthly and annual subscriptions with automatic renewal. You may cancel any time during your paid subscription period to avoid being charged again, but there is no refund for periods which have already been charged.
You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your paid subscription period. After that date, you will be switched back to the free Plan and all your content and recordings will remain in your account.
Which web browsers are supported?
The Marsview Notes application currently works best using Google Chrome, Safari and Fireforx browsers.
I cannot log in. How do I reset my password?
Please follow these steps to recover access to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to the Marsview.ai website
- Click Log In to go to the login screen
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Enter a new password and attempt logging into the website again.
Does Marsview Notes store customer recordings in the cloud?
No. Marsview Notes does not store a copy of customer meeting recordings in the cloud. Only the metadata is stored on the cloud. Customers can choose to permanently delete this metadata after processing.
Does Marsview Notes have a mobile App?
Marsview Notes does not currently have a mobile app, but it is definitely on the road map. We plan to release it soon.
How to Add Zoom Cloud Recording?
Your Zoom meetings that are stored on the Zoom Cloud as recordings can be added to Marsview Notes
- From My Meetings page → Select Add Zoom Recordings
- Click on “Select from Zoom Cloud Recordings”
- Add Zoom credentials if the integration is not enabled already
- Select from the list of Zoom meetings by making your selections in the checkboxes
How to Add Zoom share link?
Shared links of Zoom meetings can be processed in Marsview Notes as long as they are not password protected.
- From My Meetings page → Select Add Zoom Recordings
- Enter Zoom Share link details
- Press Add Meeting button
How to disable Password Protection of a Zoom shareable link?
- To disable password for the link, please log into Zoom recordings page.
- Press the Share button for the interested recording file
- Toggle the Password Protection setting to be off and Copy the Shareable link
How to add new custom triggers into Marsview Notes?
Custom Triggers are words and phrases that are specific to you business that you would like to Marsview Notes application to listen to while transcribing notes. For example, you may be interested in the word “Competition” in customer meetings. You can add these trigger words under the appropriate section.
- From the Side Nav bar of the Main Page, select Customer Triggers option
- Click on the space next to the existing trigger words to begin editing. Here you can type your words or phrases and hit the return key.
How to share my notes with others?
Notes can be shared and distributed to others for collaboration.
- From the Meeting Summary page of the selected meeting → Select Share button
- Enter the email address of the recipients and press the Share button. You may optionally toggle the setting to allow recipients to export the meeting into their Marsview Notes account for Editing purposes.
What do the status flags mean on the main page?
- Ticket Raised automatically informs Marsview Support team to refresh the indexing process after a failure.
- Failed status means that the processing has failed due to unexpected reasons. Users can refresh the process.
- Processing means that Marsview Notes notes generation is in process.
- Processed means that Marsview Notes has generated notes, summaries, action etc and is ready for consumption.

- Sign up as a new user (one-time only) to create a Marsview Notes account. Please login using your credentials.
2. Set up Zoom Integration on Marsview Notes
- Login to Marsview Notes and click on the Integrations option on the side navigation panel.

Select Zoom from the list of integration options.

Click on the login button to enter your Zoom credentials that links your
Marsview Notes to Zoom recordings.
In the next screen, if you have not already “Pre-approved” Marsview Notes -
Meeting Assistant, you can do so here, if you are an administrator.
Press “Authorize” to grant permission to view user information listed.
Now, Marsview Notes application can see your Zoom recordings. With this, you can
automatically access cloud recordings from your Zoom account and transcribe
them.
Note: Marsview Notes cannot transcribe videos that are password protected. For these videos, we suggest that you download the video into your local computer and import them into Marsview Notes using Import Local Recordings. This completes Marsview Notes integration with Zoom.
Unlink your Zoom Account from your Marsview Account
To uninstall Marsview Notes from Zoom,
- Log into https://notes.marsview.ai

Select Integration from the menu and click on Disconnect Zoom.

Doing this will disable access to Zoom cloud recordings, and also disconnect Marsview Notes from your Zoom account.
Uninstalling the Marsview Notes app
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Search for Marsview Notes and select the app or navigate to your authorized apps via Manage Apps and choose Marsview Notes - Meeting Assistant.
- Choose the Manage tab and click Uninstall.
- Confirm the dialogue and click OK.

How to enable Live Stream of Marsview Notes for Zoom

- From Scheduled Meetings likes, select the Zoom meeting that you would like to Live Stream for Marsview Notes

3.1 Select from Local Recordings
- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Drag and Drop a saved Zoom recording or any other MP4 or video file

3.2 Select from Zoom Cloud Recordings (Current Month)- Select a meeting from the list of recorded meetings on Zoom cloud
- Make sure it is not password protected
- Press Add Meeting
3.3 Select from Shared Zoom recordings Link- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Enter the Zoom Shared Meeting recording link
- Press Add Meeting
3.4 Select from YouTube- Enter Search term for a video in YouTube and press Start
- Once you have located the video recording to process notes for select Import
How to transcribe an audio call
- My Meetings > Import Audio/Video
- Select File Import
- Enter Title, Description of the audio meeting
- Choose Audio File (mp3, wav) from local drive or Drag and Drop the file
- Click the Import button
Video will begin uploading
After upload, the Transcription processing will start automatically
You can notice the status on the My Meetings page
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, speakers, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
Please Note: The processing time varies with the size of the imported file. Standard Marsview Notes processing time ranges between 1.2x - 1.3x the duration of the imported video. For example: If the recording is 30 minutes long, processing time would take around 40 minutes.

- Use the Delete icon to remove unwanted sentences in notes
- Use the Enter Key icon to create new Section (or Chapter) names for notes (Example: Introduction, Demo, Conclusion)
- Use the + icon to add Notes
- Additionally, you can highlight a sentence in the Transcript and press the Highlighter Pen icon to add that sentence as a note
- Finally, don’t forget to press Save button to save the changes

How to use search to navigate the recordings easily
- Search is a powerful feature in Marsview Notes
- From My Meetings, you can do a global search across all meetings by entering the Search term on the Search back on top of the screen
- To Search inside a meeting, open the Video from My Meetings
- Go to the Search box on top right of the Meeting Summary screen
- Enter the Search term; use the Auto-suggest if required; Press Enter
- Search results will be listed below the Search box in the order of relevance and occurrence
- Search results are marked with an eye icon to represent Visually seen word or a voice icon to show that it was a spoken word
How to download the notes and summary to your desktop
- Open the Video from My Meetings to view the complete meeting summary, notes, questions, actions and the full transcript
- Press the Download button
- You will find two options - Download as .Txt file or Mail To
- A formatted Meeting Summary with full transcript is written out as a text file and saved in your computer
How to record meetings in Zoom?
Please note that you can start recording your meeting after you start the session
Zoom allows you to record the meeting in two ways:
- Local recording on your PC/Mac
- Record to the Cloud
How to import Zoom local recordings into Marsview Notes
Zoom recordings are saved on your PC/Mac. By default, all recordings will be placed in a Zoom folder found in the following file path on these devices:
- PC: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Zoom
- Mac: /Users/User Name/Documents/Zoom
Once your recording is downloaded, log in to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to My Meetings
- Select Add Meeting to bring up a list of options to add a Zoom meeting to process notes.

- Enter Title
- Enter Description
- Drag the .mp4, .avi, .mkv file or click Browse files, navigate to the file, and open it. Marsview Notes will notify you when the transcription is completed.
- Press Import
How to delete a recording from My Meetings?
- Go to My Meetings > Select the Delete Recording option from the kebab menu (3 dots) of the corresponding recording you intend to delete.
- Press the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. This will remove the recording and the data permanently.
How to disconnect Zoom integration and keep the processed recordings history?
- Go to Integrations > Select Zoom integration > Press Disconnect Zoom button Confirming this operation will disconnect the integration to Zoom disabling access to Zoom cloud recordings, but retain all the processed recordings data in My Meetings.

- Go to Integrations > Select Zoom integration > Press Disconnect Zoom button Confirming this operation will disconnect the integration to Zoom disabling access to Zoom cloud recordings and remove all the processed recordings from My Recordings.

How can I sign up for a Marsview Notes account?
You can sign in to Marsview Notes application using Google or Microsoft credentials (OAuth) or sign up for a new Marsview account at https://www.marsview.ai.
How do I reset my password?
Please follow these steps to recover access to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to the Marsview.ai website
- Click Log In to go to the login screen
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Enter a new password and attempt logging into the website again.
Why isn't Marsview Notes showing any recorded meetings?
You haven't enabled Zoom to record your meetings in the cloud for both your global settings and personal meeting room settings. Log into your Zoom account and:
Meetings > Personal Meeting Room > Meeting Options
Recordings > Cloud Recordings > Meeting Options
To enable cloud recordings in your global settings:
- Go to your Zoom Settings, and click on Recordings
- Under Meeting Options, make sure Record the meeting automatically in the cloud has a green checkmark next to it. If not, click on Edit this meeting down below and enable this setting.
To enable cloud recordings in your personal meeting room settings:
- Go to your Zoom Meeting's section: https://zoom.us/meeting
- Click on the Personal Meeting Room
- Scroll below and check if the option Record the meeting automatically in the cloud is set to True (should have a Green checkmark)
- If it doesn't have a green checkmark, then click on the Edit this Meeting button shown at the bottom.
- Check Record the meeting automatically in the cloud option and then Save it
- Once this is set, your meetings will automatically be recorded in Cloud, and then they will start appearing in https://zoom.us/recording and we will start receiving them in Marsview Notes.
Can Marsview.ai employees or system administrators access customer meetings data?
No. Our cloud system restricts admins from accessing customer meetings or metadata.

What can I use Marsview Notes for?
Marsview Notes automatically transcribes video, audio and textual markings in a pre-recorded meeting. Types of meetings can be project reviews, weekly staff, HR interviews, virtual learning, customer support calls, sales conversations and so on. Marsview Notes integrates with Zoom to capture meeting notes, summaries, keywords, transcripts, action items and interactive meeting highlights that can be easily shared across teams.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we are committed to keeping your data private and secure. We do not sell or share your data with anybody (except as necessary to respond to lawful requests, etc). We do not store meeting recordings after they are processed by us for metadata. We sync your metadata over an encrypted connection, and store it in our secure data center that has both physical and electronic security. How can I delete my Marsview Notes account?
Please contact support. We would require a written request to permanently delete your account.

What is Marsview Notes pricing?
There is no cost to using the Free Plan. With the Free Plan, you can get up to 5 meetings every month (limits and restrictions apply) and the plan does not expire. You can upgrade to Premium Plan to get higher usage at a low subscription fee. See plan details here.
Do unused meetings roll over to next month?
No. Unused meetings do not roll over to the next month in the Free Plan, but with the Premium Plan, you can rollover unused meetings to the next month.
What is the payment method?
We accept all major credit cards and company issued Purchase Orders.
How long does transcription normally take?
While the transcription time varies by the length of the recording and the visual elements like a presentation used in the meeting, for recorded meetings, the transcription time is normally the same time as the duration of the video.
What should I do if the processing does not complete?
If the transcription has been processing for an unexpectedly long time, please contact support so we can look into the problem and possibly reprocess the transcription. Be sure to include the date/time, title and duration of each affected conversation.
What should I do if the File Import fails for large video files?
You may break the video into multiple files of size < 500 MB and upload them.
Does Marsview integrate with Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Google Meet, and other video conferencing solutions?
At this point, Marsview does not support any integration other than Zoom. For other conferencing solutions, you may use the recording file to transcribe and generate meeting notes.
How does Marsview Notes work with my Zoom recordings?
You can use Marsview with all Zoom plans:
- If you have Zoom Basic or higher, you can record Zoom meetings locally to your computer, and then import the mp4 file into Marsview Notes.
- If you have Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise, you can also record to the cloud and set up Marsview Notes to access Zoom cloud recordings automatically.
Why should I integrate Zoom recordings into Marsview Notes, if Zoom already has transcription built in?
Marsview Notes does more than just audio transcription. With Marsview Notes you can:

Is there a size or count limit to the meeting recordings?
With the Free Plan, you can import up to 5 meeting recordings for a maximum duration of 60 minutes per meeting. On our Premium plan, you can record, import, and transcribe up to 50 meetings per month for a maximum duration of 60 minutes per meeting.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Canceling a subscription will only cancel the automatic renewal after the current cycle. If you have paid for a month or year of Marsview Notes Premium, you will still retain the benefits for that month or year until the subscription runs out.
Will I lose my data when I cancel my subscription?
We offer monthly and annual subscriptions with automatic renewal. You may cancel any time during your paid subscription period to avoid being charged again, but there is no refund for periods which have already been charged.
You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your paid subscription period. After that date, you will be switched back to the free Plan and all your content and recordings will remain in your account.
Which web browsers are supported?
The Marsview Notes application currently works best using Google Chrome, Safari and Fireforx browsers.
I cannot log in. How do I reset my password?
Please follow these steps to recover access to your Marsview Notes account:
- Go to the Marsview.ai website
- Click Log In to go to the login screen
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Enter a new password and attempt logging into the website again.
Does Marsview Notes store customer recordings in the cloud?
No. Marsview Notes does not store a copy of customer meeting recordings in the cloud. Only the metadata is stored on the cloud. Customers can choose to permanently delete this metadata after processing.
Does Marsview Notes have a mobile App?
Marsview Notes does not currently have a mobile app, but it is definitely on the road map. We plan to release it soon.
How to Add Zoom Cloud Recording?
Your Zoom meetings that are stored on the Zoom Cloud as recordings can be added to Marsview Notes
- From My Meetings page → Select Add Zoom Recordings
- Click on “Select from Zoom Cloud Recordings”
- Add Zoom credentials if the integration is not enabled already
- Select from the list of Zoom meetings by making your selections in the checkboxes
How to Add Zoom share link?
Shared links of Zoom meetings can be processed in Marsview Notes as long as they are not password protected.
- From My Meetings page → Select Add Zoom Recordings
- Enter Zoom Share link details
- Press Add Meeting button
How to disable Password Protection of a Zoom shareable link?
- To disable password for the link, please log into Zoom recordings page.
- Press the Share button for the interested recording file
- Toggle the Password Protection setting to be off and Copy the Shareable link
How to add new custom triggers into Marsview Notes?
Custom Triggers are words and phrases that are specific to you business that you would like to Marsview Notes application to listen to while transcribing notes. For example, you may be interested in the word “Competition” in customer meetings. You can add these trigger words under the appropriate section.
- From the Side Nav bar of the Main Page, select Customer Triggers option
- Click on the space next to the existing trigger words to begin editing. Here you can type your words or phrases and hit the return key.
How to share my notes with others?
Notes can be shared and distributed to others for collaboration.
- From the Meeting Summary page of the selected meeting → Select Share button
- Enter the email address of the recipients and press the Share button. You may optionally toggle the setting to allow recipients to export the meeting into their Marsview Notes account for Editing purposes.
What do the status flags mean on the main page?
- Ticket Raised automatically informs Marsview Support team to refresh the indexing process after a failure.
- Failed status means that the processing has failed due to unexpected reasons. Users can refresh the process.
- Processing means that Marsview Notes notes generation is in process.
- Processed means that Marsview Notes has generated notes, summaries, action etc and is ready for consumption.
